ടാറ്റ നെക്സോൺ: ഉപഭോക്താക്കളുടെ പ്രതിക്ഷ നിലനിര്‍ത്തിയോ?
സ്വന്തമായൊരു കാർ എന്നത് ഏതൊരാളുടേയും സ്വപ്നമാണ്. പുതിയ വാഹനം വാങ്ങുമ്പോൾ തീർച്ചയായും ഒരുപാട് സംശയങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാകും. എങ്കിലും പലപ്പോഴും നമ്മൾ കാറിന്റെ പുറംമോടിയിലും സെയിൽസ് എക്സിക്യുട്ടീവിന്‍റെ വാക്കുകളിലും മയങ്ങി അപകടത്തിൽ കുടുങ്ങാറുണ്ട്. ഇതിന് ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ഉദാഹരണമാണ് ടാറ്റ നെക്സോൺ. നിർമാതാക്കൾ ഏറെ കൊട്ടിഘോഷിച്ചിറക്കിയ നെക്സോണിനെക്കുറിച്ച് ചുരുങ്ങിയ കാലത്തിനുള്ളിൽ തന്നെ ഒട്ടേറെ പരാതികളാണ് ഉപഭോക്താക്കൾക്കിടയിൽ നിന്നും ഉയരുന്നത്.
അഞ്ചുപേർക്കു സുഖകരമായി ഇരിക്കാമെന്നു അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന നെക്സോണിൽ പിൻ സീറ്റിൽ മൂന്ന്പേർക്ക് പോലും സുഖകരമായി ഇരിക്കാനാകാത്ത സ്ഥിതിയാണ്. ശരാശരിയിലും ഉയരമുള്ളവർക്ക് പോലും നെക്സോൺയാത്ര ദുരിതം സമ്മാനിക്കുന്നു. ആധുനികമെന്ന് നിർമാതാക്കൾ അവകാശപ്പെടുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിലും കാറിലെ ഇൻഫോടെയൻമെൻറ് സിസ്റ്റം ശോകമാണ്. പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിലും ഏറെ വൈകിയാണ് ഇന്‍ഫോടെയന്‍മന്റ് ഡിസ്‌പ്ലേയുടെ പ്രതികരണം. ഉള്ളിൽ നിന്നും പുറത്തേക്കുള്ള കാഴ്ചയെ നെക്സോയുടെ A, B, C പില്ലറുകള്‍ പലപ്പോഴും തടസ്സപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു എന്നതും ഉപഭോക്താക്കൾക്ക് ഏറെ നിരാശ സമ്മാനിക്കുന്നു. നെക്സോണിൽ ഒാേട്ടാഗിയർ ഷിഫ്റ്റ് ഇല്ല എന്നതും വലിയ പോരായ്മയായി വിദഗ്ദർ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാണിക്കുന്നു. ആപ്പിൾ കാർപ്ലേ , ഒാട്ടോ ഹെഡ്ലാംപ്സ്, റെയിൻ സെൻസിംഗ് വൈപ്പേർസ്, ക്രൂയിസ് കൺേട്രാൾ എന്നിവയൊന്നും നെക്സോണിനില്ല.
വിപണിയിൽ നെക്സോണുമായി താരതമ്യം ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്ന മാരുതി ബ്രസ്സയുടെ കയ്യടക്കമോ, മ്യൂസിക് സിസ്റ്റത്തിന്‍റെ മേന്മയോ ഒന്നും നെക്സോണിന് അവകാശപ്പെടാനില്ല. ഇവക്കെല്ലാം പുറമേ സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയകളിൽ പ്രചരിക്കുന്ന നെക്സോൺ ഉപഭോക്താക്കളുടെ പരാതികളും ചെറിയ അപകടം പോലും അഭിമുഖീകരിക്കാനാവാതെ തകർന്നടിഞ്ഞ നെക്സോണിന്റെ ബോഡിയുടെ ചിത്രങ്ങളും നിർമ്മാതാക്കൾക്ക് ഏറെ തലവേദന സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നു. മാരുതി വിറ്റാര ബ്രസ്സയുമായുള്ള താരതമ്യത്തിൽ ഒാട്ടോമൊബൈൽ വിദഗ്ദരെല്ലാം ടാട്ടനെക്സോണിനെ പൂർണ്ണമായും തള്ളിക്കളയുന്നു.

ReplyDeleteReally sad article. I am a Nexon XZ+ owner from November and clocked 15000km already. It's a fantastic car. I have used about 18 cars of different manufactures in my automobile life and Nexon is one of the most satisfying one. In comfort it overtakes almost every other manufactures offering in this price range. I am getting an average mileage of 21km/LTR for my last 15000km. Service cost for the 15000km service is 2100.00 only. I think this is enough reasons for a genuine buyer to choose Nexon and not to listen to your article which is most probably a paid article by competition who can't take anymore from Nexon directly.

ReplyDeleteA nexon and i am 100 percent happy that i chose nexon over brezza, comparing space, performance, infotainment, build quality..list go on. I suggest u atleast test drive nexon before writing this himalayan blunder, unles you cannot earn and live without paid news.
